MYSTERY OF LOVE
love of land
love of art
love of another
love of self
illusions all
if not
delusions
love of sports
beginning
and ending
with watching
games
on fields and screens
or chest beating
and
opponent sleighting
chess and monopoly
are not sports
as such
though
they qualify
for owning wins
keeping winners
and
discarding losses
and losers
on a very personal scale
with just enough emotion
to hold at arms length
and
to reach
when needed
