ALMOST THERE

       

        THRESHOLDS

 Remember the straw

                      the pain

                      the fear

                       and

                   .the silences

                    at the tip of your utterance 

                     the words 

                      for others to hear

                    which no other hears

                       the answer at the tip of.......

                  time and time again

                          and laughter

                     to recall

                         but not refresh

                     endure

                     patiently

                      till

                     the thresh holds 

                      undisturbed

                      and

                      the mystery

                       poised.
