ALL CREATURES HAVE AURAS
Came and sprawled
warm
next to my beating heart
for love
or only for the heat
of free comfort
no strings attached
checked that it was I
fingertips drawing shapes
on my arm
I muttered
and then whispered
but snubbed
the twitch of eyes
and the blinks
were enough though
as signs go
and i felt
warmed
wishing
it would last
many days
and such
