A PROGENITORS DELUSIONS

 

GRAND CHILDREN

I stay calm

hiding feelings alien

appearing halcyon 

thinking thoughts unknown

not hoping for signs

nor signatures

but manifestations

of love and fun 

and relevance

in the bounces

and sleeps and the wonders 

discovered

and rediscovered

by children

and theirs

all mine

not at all removed

to be watched

near or far

through space

and time

and thought

and dream

and life
