what good are eyes that do not discern

or ears language deaf

minds walking without aim

loves without game

theories borrowed 

or just heard and stored

to be stored

taken in

and taken out

when cued

billiard balls on green

or in holes

with no depth 

no logic

yet statistically possible

beings with reasons unknowable
